As a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I practice a holistic approach to treating the mind, body, and spirit. I identify the "root" causes of conditions and treat many mental health conditions such as ADD/ADHD, depression, GAD, bipolar disorder, OCD , schizophrenia, and PTSD. Our clinic provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to individuals, children, couples, and families. My ideal client is one who strives to become emotionally, cognitively and psychologically healthy by applying the positive coping techniques that I teach.

I am experienced with work in trauma and PTSD and have been extensively trained in a very advanced level of Neurofeedback called Infralow Neurofeedback. As a Neurofeedback Clinician I believe that a great deal of treatment has been left unutilized by the medical community, so I am grateful to be able to offer this option to my clients to assist with their mental health needs.

I am a Christian therapist who specializes in healing relationships. I am certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy which has helped children and adults overcome the results of PTSD and abuse. I have over 25 years experience in law enforcement and a passion for police and military families. I created Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers, Inc.
