My background in mental health and early childhood education allows me to help children and teens who struggle with anxiety, self-regulation, anger, depression, special needs, challenging behavior, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I use play therapy to help children express their needs and resolve their challenges when words are difficult. Play therapy is a child's natural way of communicating.
