Over the last 24 years, I have been privileged to work with individuals and couples in achieving their goals in relationship issues, personal growth/change, co-dependency, trauma, incest, rape, career transition, addiction and eating disorders. I am most effective with clients that have a strong desire for change. I have found that freedom from suffering and the tools to achieve this is a desired common thread among my clients.
I have created specific techniques to achieve the goals that my clients require within their timeline. I also utilize several modalities to assist my clients in a safe and supportive environment.
