We deserve to be heard, to have rich, meaningful connections, and to experience joy even in the face of our struggles. Clients I work with long, amid life's curveballs and losses, to find calm within themselves and their relationships. Over time, they learn to recognize their humanity in imperfection and that self-compassion is vital to their inner peace, no matter the depth of pain their story holds.

I work with anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and life's bigger questions — along with deeper histories when they're present, including complex trauma and cult recovery.
Many of my clients seek therapy during threshold moments: grief, loss, betrayal, relationship struggles, identity shifts, work transitions. They often feel arranged or lost by what is happening in the world, inside their relationships, and inside themselves. I especially welcome people recovering from complex trauma, high-control groups, and coercive relationships. I also work lovers, siblings, and friends navigating ruptures. Wariness, complexity, and all your parts welcome here. Therapy with me offers a place to land softly, make sense of what’s happening inside and around you, and move forward with more choice and connection.

I believe forming a strong therapeutic relationship is key for therapy to be successful. I believe that empowerment is an essential part of the therapeutic experience of every client. Our work together will explore your past, which will help you understand your feelings and why you think and respond in ways that may reduce your joy. Our work will also include present-moment awareness, and promote self-compassion and overall well-being. I am a psychodynamic, relational therapist who believes that healing happens through a process of deep diving to address what’s underneath your symptoms and suffering.
