Sometimes we get stuck in ways of thinking, acting, or feeling, that aren't useful to us anymore. It can leave us dissatisfied, depressed, unfulfilled, nervous, or disconnected from others. If you're struggling in some way, I can help. The therapy I provide is grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and curiosity. Because we each have our own way of healing, my approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. It is often ‘talk’ therapy, however, I incorporate body sensation awareness, nature based techniques, transpersonal approaches, and mindfulness activities where useful.
