One way is to separate myself from the societal restrictions, starting with my availability. The average person works M-F 8-5; but all of the resources one needs are also only available during those hours. Not everyone has the freedom to work around such restrictions. I decided I would not make it more difficult to get help. I offer early mornings, later evenings and some weekends too.
