I seek to help families, young adults and adults navigate recovery as it relates to substance abuse and mental health issues. If I could have an "ideal client", it would be someone that has never been to a residential facility before and to catch them before it gets to that point. Most often, the people I work with have some substance use history along with mental health issues. Fulfillment, time management, family relationships, communication, harm reduction, abstinence, stability, etc. are often topics that people I work with seek help for.

My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration, aiming to help you better understand yourself and uncover the patterns that shape your life. Together, we will explore how these patterns once served you but now hold you back or get in the way of deeply connecting with others. I will support you in developing skills and ways of relating that align with your goals. I believe in our shared need for community and the transformative power of being truly seen and understood. Healing begins with a warm, trusting relationship, and I am dedicated to creating a safe space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

Do you ever feel like your mind just won’t shut off—like intrusive thoughts keep looping no matter what you do? Maybe you feel stuck doing certain routines or rituals just to feel "okay" for a little while. It can be exhausting, confusing, and really isolating. If this sounds familiar, you might be dealing with OCD or anxiety. But here’s the truth: you’re not broken, and you’re definitely not alone. There is a way forward, and things can get better.

As a Jungian analyst, I have a special tool I will share with you to work through life’s glitches, helping you to hone your communication skills and deepen self-understanding while nurturing trust and respect for yourself and others. We can work with your dreams to help improve self-awareness. We look at dreams as though they are a gift sent to us to access our own depth, our psyche. Together, we will explore and appreciate this gift carefully and sense its flavor and try to decipher and enjoy it. If you don't remember your dreams we can also use Jungian Sandplay Therapy. This powerful method, does not need any preparation.

Infertility is a journey that no one signed up for. For those who want children, it’s simply devastating to be unable to expand your family as planned, while others around you move forward with their lives. Yet 1 in 8 couples experience infertility and many others experience barriers—systemic, financial, and biological—to pursuing their family-building dreams. In my practice, I focus on issues related to fertility (delayed parenthood, egg-freezing, pregnancy loss, donor-conception, surrogacy, IVF, and other forms of family-building). I understand the intense stress these issues can place on your relationships and mental health.

You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books, maybe tried therapy before. And yet something still feels stuck — in your body, your patterns, your sense of self. That’s because real healing isn’t just cognitive. It lives in the nervous system, the body, and sometimes in the deeper layers of who we are — spiritually and energetically. If you’re ready to go beyond talk therapy and work at that level, you’re in the right place. Women come to me navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, chronic pain, chronic illness, life transitions, and relationship patterns that talking alone hasn’t resolved.

Each of us walks a hard road. We meet challenges — in the world and in ourselves — and face them as well as can. We carry pain, often invisibly. We press on in spite of the doubt we feel about ourselves, our relationships, or our place in this universe. The way I see it, none of us are meant to do all of this alone. My approach to therapy — and to life — is curious and reflective, rooted in cultural humility and radical acceptance. I want to know who you are, and I want you to know that it’s okay to show me.

I believe in all people’s innate capacity to heal. To me, all symptoms that we experience whether it be chronic pain, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, etc can be explained by trauma. Trauma does not have to be big events. Trauma can be if we are not attuned to emotionally as children or if our parents have their own unprocessed trauma—this sort of trauma often leads to deep seeded beliefs that we are unloveable and bad. Our healing comes from teaching our parts that we are loveable and accepted just as we are.

Hi, I'm a depth-oriented therapist who helps you to access your own inner voice and intuition, allowing it to guide you to your truest self. In a culture of growing disconnection and isolation, it can be challenging to find belonging, even within yourself. I can help you to explore the roots of shame, self-doubt, and dissatisfaction with life to foster more genuine relationships with others and with your own deeper self.

We all deserve a safe, compassionate space to process and explore, whether we are healing from difficult life events or simply taking a pause to reflect on our life. I deeply believe in holistic and intersectional care, where a client doesn’t have to leave any of their identities at the door and their whole self including mind, body, and spirit is recognized and affirmed. My approach to therapy is honest, anti-oppressive, and empowering. I strongly believe therapy should be a collaborative experience - I always encourage the client to take the lead in shaping the therapy space into whatever they need it to be!

I am a neurodivergent therapist who strives to help people move away from shame and isolation toward the sense of community and compassion they are deserving of. I thrive on vulnerable relationships where both parties feel safe enough to show up in all of their humanity. I feel most suited to helping clients looking to gain deeper insight and acceptance into being neurodivergent, those looking to redefine masculinity, and those with complex trauma histories.
