You’re successful, driven, and capable — yet the same patterns keep repeating in your relationships and inner world. Together, we identify the emotional and relational dynamics and develop practical strategies for measurable, lasting change. With degrees from UCLA and Pepperdine and 18 years of clinical experience, my evidence-based approach helps clients think more clearly, relate more securely, and build stronger, more resilient relationships. I provide specialized telehealth therapy in California and Colorado, and work especially well with high-functioning adults seeking practical, meaningful, and lasting change—not just insight.

I work with teens, adults, and couples as they move through the challenges of relationships, life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, questions of sexuality, self-esteem, and identity. In our work together, my hope is that you feel genuinely met, seen, heard, and supported just as you are.
My style is warm and collaborative, but also more direct when it’s needed. I believe honesty and clarity can be just as healing as compassion, and I strive to offer both. I draw on evidence-based practices while also weaving in creative approaches like art and somatic therapy when they can bring deeper insight or healing.

I work primarily with gay and queer men—and the people who love them—navigating identity, self-worth, relationships, and life transitions. Many are high-functioning and outwardly capable, yet inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Some are questioning roles and expectations they grew up with, including a religious or high-control upbringing whose shadow still lingers. Others are working out relationships that don't fit a traditional template: opening, closing, or renegotiating partnerships. They need a space to slow down, feel understood, and speak honestly without having to explain or defend who they are

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I am a certified EMDR therapist, and I love helping clients who experience dissociation as a result of their trauma. It is important to me to make sure that clients of all cultures and sexual orientations feel safe and empowered in therapy. I believe that we are all born with a great potential for growth, however our childhood experiences can either bring out that potential or hinder it. Together we can explore your strengths and areas that you need to develop in order to reach your goals and improve your quality of life. I believe that the client is an expert and can decide how long therapy has to continue.

In my practice I blend together the art and science of psychotherapy with a strong focus on global change. My intention is to help you thrive. I use a comprehensive approach with a strong mind-body focus and integrate psychoanalysis with neuroscience. This helps to interpret properly and work more efficiently toward transforming maladaptive mechanisms that stifle your life. Often I use Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, and Photobiomodulation and work directly and noninvasively with the brain and the nervous system. This helps you self-regulate and embody change quicker, with less distress. In most cases the results are permanent.
