Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves. They may be living with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, or the lingering effects of childhood experiences that continue to shape their lives. Often, they have spent years surviving, caring for others, or becoming who they believed they needed to be, while losing touch with who they truly are. My goal is to help clients cultivate lasting change by discovering a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fully their own.

If you want to explore the underlying causes of what's bothering you, come into alignment with yourself, and live in harmony with your deepest true values, then you are an excellent candidate for therapy. Therapy does take work, and I'm here to support you and help you stay motivated and curious during your personal path to healing.

I work with clients who have experienced narcissistic abuse and are beginning to recognize how those experiences continue to show up in everyday life and relationships.
How do I remain deeply connected without abandoning myself?
You may over-function, take responsibility for others, or struggle with boundaries—yet when someone you love is upset, you find yourself fixing, explaining, accommodating, or losing yourself. These patterns often began as ways to stay connected, feel safe, and belong.
I won’t tell you who you are or how to live. Together, we’ll become curious about what shaped these patterns, understand what they once protected, and create space for something new—helping you trust yourself and stay deeply connected without losing yourself.

It is true that each psychotherapy has its own life. The unique personal qualities that you and I bring to the table necessarily become interwoven to build a rich, trusting relationship. Together, we will go towards the underlying meaning of your symptoms. I have learned that many "symptoms" are actually inroads to the hidden away, injured, vulnerable parts of self that are waiting for an environment where there are resources for repair, healing, and growth. I am constantly surprised by the human potential to grow and I strive to provide an environment that gives life to the healing process.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, relational trauma, and the painful aftermath of toxic or unhealthy dynamics — including narcissistic abuse, infidelity, codependency, and attachment wounds.
Relationships are supposed to feel like home — but for many people, they feel like the most confusing, painful part of life. If you keep finding yourself in the same patterns — attracting unavailable partners, losing yourself in relationships, or struggling to trust after betrayal or trauma — therapy can help you finally understand why, and change it.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex impacts of narcissistic abuse, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma.
The Unconscious mind is a part of the mind that triggers a collection of thoughts which inhibit our mind without us being aware of them. Although these processes exist beneath the surface of conscious awareness, they are thought to exert an effect on conscious thought processes and behavior. The unconscious phenomena include repressed feelings and desires, memories, automatic skills, subliminal perceptions, and automatic reactions. As humans, we are wired to repeat deeply learned patterns that, at a certain point, no longer serve us. Whether it’s in your work life, personal relationships, or your relationship to yourself.

With Isabell’s help, I experienced profound healing and growth beyond my wildest imagination. In every session, I received absolute presence and compassion—no note taking, no distractions, no judgment, pure being in the Now. I sought out her help when I was going through an awfully painful breakup. What would have taken traditional therapists several years, Isabell helped me dissolve in just 10 weeks. What an amazingly liberating experience. I came out of this counseling as a strong, independent woman bursting with a love for life. - Female Client, 43

Narcissistic Personality (NPD) Therapists
What type of therapy is best for narcissistic personality disorder?
Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is best treated with talk therapy, which could involve cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, schema therapy, gestalt therapy, or similar approaches. A therapist will help a patient uncover the feelings that may drive their behavior and discover how to engage with themselves and those around them with greater empathy and understanding, fewer demands, and less defensiveness, with the goal of developing a more authentic sense of self that enables healthier relationships.
How do therapists treat NPD?
By developing a strong therapeutic relationship, and continually focusing patients on relationships, community, and connection, a therapist, through talk therapy, may be able to help someone with NPD change. In sessions, a therapist will help an individual achieve relief from their current stressors, including the treatment of co-occurring conditions such as anxiety or depression. A therapist may also help an individual to recognize unhealthy coping mechanisms, learn new ways of interacting with others, and eventually become able to feel and display empathy.
Can a narcissist be cured with therapy?
Therapy can be effective. After a serious setback or great loss, someone with NPD may be forced to recognize that they are not immune to life’s challenges. That can spur feelings of melancholy and depression that lead them to seek professional help. Once an individual decides to seek help, they have already taken a step that the majority of those with NPD never will. Still, people with NPD often quit therapy as they naturally resist feeling vulnerable, being challenged, or admitting to flaws.
How can you get narcissistic personality disorder treatment for someone?
It is notoriously difficult to convince someone with NPD to seek help. With their feelings of superiority, they may be unlikely to recognize or acknowledge that they have a problem, or that their problem is narcissism. Sometimes, they are aware that they are arrogant and that others resent them but they don’t see it as a problem because they are convinced of their superiority. People with NPD have trouble maintaining relationships, but family members and others who do feel close to them, and whose presence they value, may be able to encourage them to seek therapy.
