We offer EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, TAT, art therapy, sandplay, and traditional psychotherapy, tailoring treatment to each client's needs.
You're functioning, but it's costing you. Many of our clients have spent years holding everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in the same patterns. They aren't looking for quick fixes. They're looking for care that helps them better understand themselves and create lasting change. Our team takes an individualized approach, matching each client with a therapist whose experience, style, and specialties best support their goals.

Do you feel stuck in a cycle of dysfunctional relationships and self-destructive patterns in your life? Are symptoms of anxiety and depression diminishing your quality of life? Do painful memories of the past continue to bother you? Have you tried to resolve these problems on your own or through traditional talk therapy with little success? Most treatment models fail to identify and address the trauma that underlies so many of the problems that people seek help for. A trauma-informed approach to treatment is necessary in order to fully resolve the root of the issues and create meaningful and lasting change.

I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with Journey Clinical.
There several reasons people come to therapy: depression, grief, self-esteem, anxiety, self empowerment, overcoming habits and addictions, seeking meaning and happiness or navigating an existential or spiritual crisis. Many will often be spiritually sophisticated, psychologically curious, and dissatisfied with conventional therapy. I practice psychotherapy from an eclectic Depth or Jungian perspective, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy I find that, as Jung discovered, the jewel is in the wound and the wound as portal to the depths (and heights) of the soul or unconscious.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a belief that change is possible. Most of my clients come to me because something in their lives isn't working. Whether the problem is familial, romantic, professional, emotional, or even existential, I find it usually comes down to a matter of relationship. How are we relating to the things that cause us to suffer? When we understand these relationships and the parts we play in them, we are free to make different choices, and to experience our lives, ourselves, and our loves in richer, more fulfilling ways.

I enjoy working with individual clients who identify with anxiety, what-ifs and regrets, and feeling insecure in their relationships - either romantic or platonic. My clients are often challenged with rethinking conversations and interactions, which is utterly exhausting. They often find themselves fantasizing about the past when they felt less shame and regret – a time that felt lighter, filled with more joy and presence, and waking up feeling rested and ready for the day. It’s possible to return to those days. My clients often start therapy feeling frustrated, defeated and exhausted and leave sessions with clarity and hope.

I believe humans heal through connection. The ability to connect with you and your experience, is something that I hold dear. I think everyone's journey is beautiful. I'm a fairly 'active' therapist in that I won't sit back and say nothing. The work is always relational, always happening right there in the session between us. I'm happy to have a phone call to see if we are a good match for each other.

I mix talk therapy, somatics (body awareness), mindfulness, ecotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy (18+) and creative exercises.
Clients often tell me they finally feel seen and understood when we work together. I welcome individuals and couples from all paths of life. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, unhealthy relationship dynamics, or simply a lack of connection to yourself or each other. Significant life moments - leaving a demanding job, miss-matched desires, or coming off birth control - can leave you feeling disoriented and unsure of who you are, or with couples, what your relationship needs. If you don’t know where to begin, I’ve got you. Together, we’ll find the way back to wholeness and understanding.

Through a holistic approach—mindfulness, EMDR (trauma therapy), somatic work, KAP ( ketamine-assisted psychotherapy), and creative expression - we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and help you move forward.
You’ve spent your life striving - checking all the boxes, keeping it together, chasing success - but inside you feel disconnected. Something's missing. Maybe you feel stuck, burned out, or caught in cycles of people-pleasing that leave you overwhelmed and unsure what’s next. You’re ready for a change, fear of failure, or the pressure to “get it right” keeps you frozen. Whether you're navigating a big transition, healing past pain, or untangling patterns with food and your body, you don’t have to do it alone.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapists
What is Ketamine-Assisted Therapy?
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a treatment method that involves using ketamine’s trance-inducing and pain-relieving properties to help individuals work through various mental and emotional challenges.

Why is Ketamine used for depression?
Ketamine is employed to treat depression, particularly when other treatments have failed, due to its unique, rapid-acting relief of depressive symptoms and its ability to enhance neural plasticity. Unlike conventional antidepressants, which may take weeks to be effective, ketamine can alleviate symptoms within hours, making it especially valuable for severe or suicidal depression. It acts by blocking NMDA receptors, subsequently promoting the release of neurotrophic factors like BDNF, which aid in the formation of new synaptic connections, fostering neural resilience and reducing depressive symptoms. The psychotropic and dissociative effects of ketamine also provide a therapeutic window for patients to explore and reframe distressing thoughts and emotions under guided supervision, potentially resolving underlying psychological contributors to depression. While its use can be transformative, it necessitates cautious administration in controlled settings due to potential side effects and abuse risks.

How is Ketamine used in Psychotherapy
Ketamine can be utilized in therapy to facilitate psychological healing and transformation, particularly in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. When administered in controlled, subanesthetic doses, it induces altered states of consciousness, allowing individuals to access and explore suppressed or unconscious thoughts, emotions, and memories. This dissociative state creates a therapeutic window where patients, guided by a trained psychotherapist, can work through traumatic experiences, reframe negative thought patterns, and address the emotional roots of their mental health challenges. The synergistic combination of ketamine’s psychotropic effects and psychotherapeutic intervention aims to promote lasting change, enhance self-awareness, and improve overall mental well-being, providing a valuable option for those with treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

What happens in Ketamine therapy?
In ketamine psychotherapy, patients undergo a series of sessions where they receive controlled doses of ketamine, typically via injection or infusion, under the supervision of a trained healthcare provider. Ketamine induces a trance-like or altered state of consciousness, which enables patients to access and explore deep-seated thoughts, emotions, and memories that are typically unconscious or inaccessible. Throughout this altered state, a trained psychotherapist guides the patient to help them process their experiences, offering support and intervention to help the individual address and reframe traumatic memories or negative thought patterns. This combination of pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches aims to create lasting positive changes in mental health and well-being by resolving underlying psychological issues and enhancing the individual's coping mechanisms and resilience. The process can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with treatment-resistant mental health conditions like severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
