Through a suite of modalities rooted in warrior culture, we work to holistically engage the subconscious mind, body, and soul. This allows us to address relational, emotional, somatic, aspects of the self using aspects of the warrior and cultural arts of Capoeira, Aikido, T'ai chi, Qigong, African and Diasporic dance, and Applied theater.
