Welcome and congratulations on taking this step. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in California and have been working in the counseling field for over 20 years. Prior to my counseling career I was an International Montessori Teacher for more than a decade. I am originally from Austria and moved to California 25 years ago. I have also worked a great deal in animal assisted therapy including Equine Therapy and am strong believer that animals provide meaningful emotional support.

Change is difficult. It takes courage, strength, and commitment to want to improve your life. Whether you want to make behavioral, emotional, spiritual, interpersonal, or health related changes, I will help you explore the issues in depth. I am a generalist who works with adult clients on a variety of different issues including depression, insomnia, anxiety and panic, PTSD, anger, relationships, parenting, and many other concerns. I consider it an honour to journey with you as you strive to improve yourself, your life, and your relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from South Los Angeles, with over 20 years of experience in providing social work services across various settings such as community health, non-profits, children and family services, mental health, and healthcare. My expertise lies in Child and Family welfare, Intensive Mental Health, Crisis Management, Domestic Violence Advocacy and Treatment, and Hospice/Home Health. In my current career phase, I focus on clients aged 16 and older, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, phase of life adjustments, and other barriers hindering life fulfilment.

I love being a therapist. While I can serve and help many people with a variety of life’s challenges. I am currently working towards a certification in Sex Therapy. I want to specialize my training to work with LGBQAIP, Trans/GNC/Non-binary/2 spirit communities. I work with individuals, couples, and 2 plus relationships. I am Kinky/BDSM/poly friendly.
