Being a human can be hard. I believe that therapy can be a transformative experience. A safe space where clients can be seen, heard, and understood. The authentic connection, reflection, and support that therapy provides can work as an empowering and meaningful space for individuals to process their past experiences, current challenges, and move towards present goals. I support people who are dealing with issues such as; depression, anxiety, career stress, parenting, trauma, relationship, trust, and intimacy issues.
