, grief/loss, and retirement.
I believe that the number one human survival skill is adaptability to change. However, I know how challenging it may be to take those first steps, alone. I would like to assist in navigating your path to achieve your personal goals by focusing on the unique strengths you already possess while fostering flexibility and healthy boundaries. My approach is collaborative and utilizes mindfulness-based practices. My experience includes working in substance abuse, neurology, VA, hospitals and non-profit/community mental health with individuals, couples, and groups.
