As a Jungian analyst, I have a special tool I will share with you to work through life’s glitches, helping you to hone your communication skills and deepen self-understanding while nurturing trust and respect for yourself and others. We can work with your dreams to help improve self-awareness. We look at dreams as though they are a gift sent to us to access our own depth, our psyche. Together, we will explore and appreciate this gift carefully and sense its flavor and try to decipher and enjoy it. If you don't remember your dreams we can also use Jungian Sandplay Therapy. This powerful method, does not need any preparation.

Open Space Therapy Collective (OSTC) was founded by and for the queer and trans community. For too many intersectional identities, clients have to educate their therapists instead of receiving the support they came in for. Not here. When you work with an OSTC therapist, you are guaranteed a mental health partner who is: A member of the LGBTQ+ community or a staunch ally, Queer and Trans-knowledgeable, Anti-racist, Sex-positive, Specializing in supporting non-monogamous relationships.

The Healing Collective, PC is a private practice that offers an array of mental health treatment and wellness services within the community of Pasadena and throughout the state of California. THC is comprised of qualified and experienced mental health professionals. Our licensed therapists are trained in a variety of trauma-informed, holistic, strengths-based, and culturally competent mental health treatments. We provide mental health treatment to adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I spent several decades working in the film business before becoming a therapist and bring an understanding to creative people who are struggling with their work or in high- stress work conditions.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide expert services working with adults, older adults and adolescents to strengthen their ability to overcome stress, grief and loss, anxiety and depression using specific interventions like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based, Solution Focused, and mindfulness training.

Nikki wants to provide a safe atmosphere for people to be heard, seen, and understood. She wants to help them heal and not feel alone. Nikki wants to promote change, help people feel good about themselves, and have an impact on society. She specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, transitions, and stress management. Nikki practices with a strong family-systems perspective that implements cognitive behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, trauma-focused, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and early-childhood therapies.

I love being a therapist because I believe healing is a human right and belongs to us all! I am trauma-informed, spiritually grounded and value the complexity of culture, identity and systemic injustice in how that affects individual and community mental health. I am trained in Relational Gestalt theory and integrate many other theories as there is not a cookie-cut treatment plan for anyone. Your journey is unique and I want to honor it. I am also inspired by the concept of "each one teach one." I enjoy sharing everything I've learned, delivered with warmth and humor, and then fostering your leadership to create a butterfly effect.

I recognize how challenging it can be to know how to best support you or your child's needs. Sometimes school, work, relationships, and other life stressors/transitions can become so overwhelming that we feel lost or stuck in our tracks. During these times, it is helpful to have someone who will work collaboratively and therapeutically with you to help you address your concerns, gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, and restore your sense of balance and "wholeness" back into your life.

Therapy is about unraveling root causes of stressors, in order to process and redirect the mannerisms of rediscovering oneself. By gaining healthy therapeutic tools, coping skills and going through the steps of healthy processing individuals learn to live healthier and happier lives. As a psychotherapist I greatly enjoy working with all age ranges where I can incorporate my knowledge of CBT, DBT, PST and mindfulness.
