I work with a lot of college students, parents, and corporate workers to help gain clarity, resolve symptoms, build resiliency skills, and get unstuck from unhelpful patterns. I have a specialty interest and intensive training experience in prenatal and postpartum issues and enjoy helping moms and dads navigate the beginning of parenthood.
