With intergenerational(trauma), we learn to exist as a way to survive and move along life with little meaning. Still, we can transform that which no longer helps but harms. The journey of self-discovery and healing is one of most precious gifts we ca do for ourselves and our lineage. We may seek therapy to have healthier relationships with ourselves, partners, and others; feeling safer; reclaiming our identity; thrive authentically in the world; reparent our inner child; connect to our path in this lifetime; and healing the soul.

Telehealth: I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field treating a variety of disorders, ie. depression, anxiety, grief, and other disorders.

I am a Jungian Psychotherapist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose goal is to assist my clients in developing more meaningful, centered lives. I have a compassionate and supportive style and enjoy working with both individuals and couples, honoring the uniqueness of each individual by creating a safe and nurturing environment.

In 2020, I opened a private practice. I was blessed it grew to full capacity but dealt with sadness of turning people away due to no space. Frequently people shared their difficulties with finding therapy. I am tired of people and families, who are suffering emotionally not getting the help they need. So, I put together a group of several skilled clinicians. We operate by providing a therapy environment that is confidential and emotionally safe. We’re dedicated to making people feel comfortable and understood when discussing the most sensitive issues. Our goal is to ensure support that is empathetic and non-judgmental.

Anxiety steals your breath; you overthink and worry about everything; you’re on edge constantly; you feel hopeless or ready to cry at a moment’s notice; you blame yourself for just about everything or lash out at those around you. Handy Life Counseling & Coaching (HLCC) offers high-quality therapeutic services to adults and couples for most clinical areas ranging from: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, infidelity, intimacy concerns, co-occurring disorders and work-related trauma and micro-aggressions that cause or exacerbate mental health challenges. HLCC specializes in treatment of: survivors of trauma, residual impact of the BIPOC (i.e., Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities, Christians that practice or struggle with their practice of the faith, and those “of any ethnicity” seeking racial inquiry, reconciliation and healing in today’s climate.
