My approach utilizes somatic psychology (tracking both the experiences of the mind and the body),
relational therapy (exploring your present experiences, as well as looking at relevant historical, relational, and familial dynamics), attachment therapy (early relationships that may shape/inform us), mindfulness and trauma-informed practices.
