I specialize in trauma and have advanced training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT.
You’re the strong one. The go-to person. The helper. And lately… you’re exhausted—physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. You’ve read the books, maybe even tried therapy, but you’re craving something deeper. A space that’s real, culturally aware, and focused on healing the root, not just the symptoms. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to help you navigate burnout, anxiety, relationship patterns, and life transitions. My goal is to help you break free from survival mode and find lasting balance, clarity, and healing.

You’re holding it all together on the outside—but inside, it feels like you’re barely keeping up. Between work, relationships, and the demands of daily life (maybe even parenting), you’ve put yourself on the back burner for far too long. You’re overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in perfectionism—and constantly wondering, “Why can’t I just get it together?”
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I help high-achieving women move from burnout and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control. Therapy can give you the space to breathe, reset, and feel more like you again.

Life, given to us without choice, often delivers challenging experiences. Sometimes, these experiences cripple us by making us feel helpless. However, each of us is created with a remarkable design for renewal. If seeking change, regardless of circumstances, anyone can hope for a better tomorrow. This is my belief, and it guides my approach to every client I meet.

Our emotional health is so important. It affects how we navigate each day — from how we perform at work to how we interact with the people in our lives. Depression, anxiety, and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) can be debilitating and keep us from experiencing healthy and fulfilling relationships. Trauma, abuse and self-injurious behavior, both in the past and going on today, also have a huge affect on how we function. And issues in our relationships can stop us from moving forward – whether it’s our marriage, with our children or family members or our friends. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained to help

Our clients typically struggle with people pleasing, perfectionist patterns, over thinking, increased worry or irritation and excessively caretaking. Others suffer with self worth, feeling like an imposture, avoidance of conflict and using their voice. Often clients have painful childhoods or adult traumas that can present with upsetting thoughts or images. These symptoms can often result in destructive coping strategies such as eating disorders, codependency, isolation or outbursts. Our clients are looking to learn, heal and grow into their most authentic selves. They need to be seen, known, taught and supported.
