I believe in emphasizing one’s own unique spiritual journey as the primary source of knowing; that there is nothing needed to “fix,” but rather an opportunity to explore with newfound curiosity and connection. Collaborating with our natural environment and translating what is discussed during our time in into lived experiences is incredibly powerful and useful for sustained growth and learning.
I am also licensed in CO as a certified psychedelic assisted therapy facilitator and offer psilocybin and ketamine facilitation as appropriate.

We are learning how to connect the world around us in new and continuously changing ways. During even the small changes we can experience grief related stress or anxiety simply trying to create new routines for ourselves or our families. Grief is a natural response to any form of loss in our lives. Often people only relate grief to the death of a loved one but it is much more common than that. The process of grieving a loss can happen from a move, a change in job, a loss of a relationship or even the loss of a dream once had.

Life can be tough sometimes. Whether you're navigating a diagnosis, feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, or just wanting to feel more fulfilled in your relationships and day-to-day life, you're not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
My goal as your therapist is to support you in creating a life that feels meaningful and enjoyable. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down, get curious about what’s getting in the way, and work toward the kind of change that feels right for you. Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you it’s about helping you reconnect with your own strength, clarity, and purpose.

Hi! I'm Vanessa. I'm a first-generation immigrant based in San Diego, CA. Originally from South East Asia, I've worked and lived in Singapore, Taiwan, and Buffalo, NY. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me cooking, playing softball, snuggling under a heated blanket, or playing fetch with my dog!
I love the storytelling of my clients. I believe our core relationships shape who we are in powerful ways. They influence how we see ourselves, the decisions we make, and the people we choose to keep close. We will sort through what matters most and focus on what feels realistic and helpful, together.

My ideal clients are adults who feel like they're working twice as hard as everyone else just to stay on top of things — and still falling behind. They're caught in cycles of starting strong and losing steam, making commitments they can't follow through on, or getting stuck in their own heads when they just need to move. Some have an ADHD diagnosis. Some are starting to wonder if that's what's been going on all along.
They're not looking for someone to tell them to try harder. They've already tried harder. They want to understand what's actually happening — and build a way of operating that works for how their brain is wired, not a
