Do you find yourself in a place of pain or struggle? Asking for support is an act of courage and strength. The gift of therapy is discovering that through pain and trauma, we can often find growth and meaning. Life is hard, and I am here to help You may have been able to deal with life's challenges but now find yourself feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I am passionate about helping people tap into positive change and healing. I am committed to guiding you toward uncovering the strength and resilience you may have been unaware you had. I specialize in grief and loss, life transitions, and adjusting to cancer and other serious illnesses.
Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult transitions in life and often leads to changes in relationships, goals, careers, identity, and how we envision our future. My experience in working in grief and loss has taught me that healing involves supporting not only the grief, but acknowledging the changes and transitions resulting from loss.
I create a safe, supportive space to hold your grief and despair at a time when you may not be able to hold it yourself. I want you to feel safe in your vulnerability, and supported in your darkest moments. I believe that developing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the work we will do together.
