Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey! I am ONLY taking patients who are young/new moms or moms with depression. This focus specializing in helping moms (especially new moms) adjust to motherhood and the stressors that this transition brings is a passion of mine and I have been doing a lot of training to groups about this. Most of us LOVE our babies, but find the transition into parenthood difficult. I can help with Postpartum Adjustment/depression/anxiety/PTSD, Birth Trauma and just feeling "NORMAL" again. I love helping families!
I specialize in teaching coping skills, ways to help sort out what is bothering you. I find that sometimes, even welcomed transitions like parenthood bring a lot of stress and grief depending on the circumstances. I am certified in EMDR which helps with any trauma surrounding birth and grief and loss.
I meet you where you are. We can do teletherapy, Walk and Talk in an outdoor setting and I am doing some in-person meetings. I can help you feel in control of your life again!

Hello Moms a post partum therapy group
This group will help all moms adjust to that "fourth trimester" after your baby is born. We will have tools to help you take care of yourself and learn from each other. Contact me to find out when the group meets as we are meeting via Zoom at this time. We have a Saturday once a month where we get together to utilize creativity to relax and have a self-care morning.
