My goal is to help each client develop a pathway to achieve inner health, resolve conflicts, and find happiness and wholeness in their lives. I work collaboratively with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children to help clients recognize strengths and begin finding solutions that will enhance their personal lives and relationships. I have experience helping with depression, anxiety, trauma/ptsd, dual diagnoses, substance abuse and behavioral and developmental diagnoses.
My education also includes a Masters in Art Therapy which can be used to help clients address issues that have been difficult to identify/verbalize in their lives thus far. I am also EMDR Certified.
