I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults as well as couple therapy. I also lead three psychoeducational groups (Men's Group; Relationship Group; and Parenting Group) and facilitate a dynamic psychotherapy process group. Romantic relationship difficulties (including narcissistic and codependent styles), life transition issues, chronic self-sabotaging patterns, low self-esteem, sexual compulsivity, adolescent development, and parent-teen conflict are my main areas of expertise.

I am currently taking new patients. The difficulties, pain, and sometimes confusion that arises in trying to meet emotional needs may lead to seeking help. I am a psychologist, marriage family therapist, and psychoanalyst with more than 25 years of experience treating adolescents, adults, and couples. My approach connects to my patients with empathy and insight beyond basic support. This is a collaborative approach to therapy.
