When you feel bad, suffering can wreck relationships, work, creativity, focus, and self-worth by leaving you exhausted and unable to escape the constant tension or sadness you feel. Maybe there are even days when you dread the day so much you struggle to get out of bed, which leaves you feeling guilty and unproductive. You spin your wheels worrying about everything. You long to connect more deeply with other people and to belong, or to experience more intimacy in your romantic relationships. To make it worse, you may feel that no one understands what you go through or you have no one to talk to about it.
