Are you struggling with recovering from trauma such as fires or abuse, loss of a loved one, relationship issues, or other challenges? Are you having difficulty daily with low motivation, worrying excessively or other obstacles blocking you from enjoying life? My focus is to hear your heart, discern with you what is key in your healing, and help you achieve your goals and dreams. I incorporate a whole person approach. When appropriate, I include a faith based perspective when or if the client chooses this as meaningful part of their healing. I am here to provide you with the support to be your best self and truly enjoy your life.

When you've been walking along in life, doing the best you can, and it seems your best is never good enough. You're either letting yourself down or disappointing someone you care about. Regardless, the things around you just aren't going like they're supposed to. You're either walking through quicksand or a field of landmines. And sometimes, for some people, it's not those polar opposites, it's an absence of joy. There's a statement that goes "not bad enough to leave, and not good enough to stay." Life isn't horrible and it's not great, it's just meh. And you're getting kind of tired of meh.
