I strongly believe that we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive in all aspects of our lives. Sometimes the stresses and difficulties of life can become too unsurmountable to face on our own, and we need additional therapeutic input to navigate these obstacles and build resiliency. This can include past or present trauma, addiction, rejection, loneliness, grief, relational conflict or other struggles that continue to overwhelm us. I see the therapeutic relationship as a dynamic partnership between client and therapist and believe in a holistic approach to therapy encompassing mind, body, and spirit.
