Mindfulness and
resourcing allow you to experience relief (and rewire your brain) while safely navigating and processing the past. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationships, career, self-esteem, and auto-immune, pain and other
challenges. I offer individual, couples therapy, groups, workshops, and retreats.
