Interpersonal Process Group for Adults
This long-term, closed group provides an emotionally safe, culturally sensitive environment to help members learn more about themselves in relations to others, understand how people perceive and experience each other, handle confrontation and conflicts, identify and regulate emotions within self and with others, develop healthy relational boundaries, and address visible and invisible self-identity.
