I offer a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy influenced by Yoga and Buddhism. This means I see mental health obstacles as opportunities for personal growth and am mostly present and future-focused. My goal is to create calm, confidence, and happiness derived from within. I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, and cultural concerns, amongst others. I have a 2-years’ specialization with the undocumented community, and have experience with individuals recovering from homelessness, older adults, adults, and college students. My practice is telehealth and cash only, and I offer a sliding scale for fees as needed.
