Change can be hard, and life itself can have some challenges. I believe that we all can use some support to find ways to create meaningful change in our lives. As a therapist, I am here to make you feel seen, heard, understood, appreciated, and valued. Mainly, my work is influenced by guiding individuals, couples, and families struggling with difficult life transitions. I also work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, difficulties with relationships, and individuals who have experienced trauma. My priority is creating a safe, warm and caring environment for my client.
