I work with clients who find themselves in a place of stasis, often when some situation, whether it is grief triggered by loss, or anxiety and stress resulting from an involvement with high-conflict personalities, has impeded their ability to meet their goals. Many individuals feel stymied and frustrated by a feeling of being "stuck." For high-achievers, the ability to set and meet goals has become an ingrained expectation, and the feeling of something, or someone, interfering with their ability to parent, work, or enjoy life, can feel like an new and insurmountable predicament.

I am born and raised in the Bay Area. I began my career as a para-professional working with families of children with developmental disabilities. I obtained my Doctor of Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium in 2013. I have worked with adults and children/adolescents in a variety of different settings and contexts, including individual, family, couples and group therapy. I am trained to provide evidence based treatment in a flexible manner.
