I am a holistic therapist who focuses on re- empowerment of the people I work with. Instead of looking at symptoms in isolation, I zoom out and look at the entire person as a whole putting critical thought into the “why?” of symptoms. My experience has given me the ability to view all of the major elements of life, and “see” where the imbalance is. We will evaluate and give space for psychoeducation around factors such as diet, sleep, movement, work, school, relationships, environment, historical facts, and thoughts with high level goals to significantly reduce or eliminate symptoms versus managing them.
