Pain without meaning is chaos. Where does it hurt and what does that pain saying? My guess is you know something needs to be different. You suspect that you’re stuck in a painful past or feel held hostage by sadness, anger, overwhelm, heartbreak, or grief. You might even find yourself romanticizing nihilism. Is it all too much and you just need to talk to start? We may not figure out every 'why'; it's about not being alone with that pain and changing your relationship with it. My hope is you emerge empowered, connected, brave, or clear about who you are and what you need. How can I help while we're on this weird, little wet rock?

We all get caught in suffering sometimes. We all lose our way and struggle with finding the next step. If you relate to that, I can help provide support and shine a light on the places that can change. I can help you reprocess trauma, navigate difficult relationships, and deal with Codependency, especially through EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. We can also work to address the resulting depression and anxiety you face. Life invites us to move through the old, open up, and learn new ways of stepping into this present moment with increased strength and empowerment.

Do you look “put together” on the outside while quietly struggling inside? Anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and restless nights can leave you drained, overwhelmed, and doubting yourself. It’s exhausting to appear capable while feeling stuck and depleted. I understand how heavy it feels to carry this alone. Therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental space to stabilize your well-being, restore balance, and build resilience. I integrate CBT and trauma-informed care with energy psychology, somatic work, and EFT. You are worthy of calm, rest, and peace — and together we can create it.

Do you struggle on the inside, even when others see you as capable? Maybe you criticize yourself or think you should be achieving more, even if successful in many areas. You may be frustrated, disappointed, ashamed, or even angry, but don’t understand why. Instead of cycles of self-criticism, hiding or numbing your pain, and giving up on your dreams, I invite you to work with me to unravel the knots, to develop an understanding of how you got here so that you gain (or regain) respect, trust, and care for yourself, and ultimately are clear about the choices you make when faced with an imperfect world.

I know how challenging life can be, how difficult it is to reach out during tough times and let another person into your struggles, pain, and story. But letting safe people into your life is necessary for healing, because we are not meant to navigate this life alone. It takes time to heal, and it takes support and effort on the journey. But an environment with a compassionate and trained confidant, makes all the difference. You can create the life you are hoping for! Together, we will create a safe place to help you process your pain & create a more joy filled future.
