I integrate trauma-informed, EFT, ERP, and IFS-informed practices to support safety, agency, and respect for your lived experience.
I’m a therapist in training who believes that therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or simplify who you are. I work relationally and collaboratively—holding space for the quiet, the messy, the questions that don’t have easy answers. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to witness, to linger with what matters, and to walk alongside you as we explore what’s been lost, what still hurts, and what you long for. I hold deep trust in your knowledge of your own life.

I believe one's mental health is the foundation for overall health and longevity. Feeling scene, heard and supported are the cornerstones of positive mental health. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in anxiety, panic or fear, trauma and attachment wounds, or relational patterns that repeat despite their best efforts. They may feel disconnected from their bodies and emotional experiences, uncertain of themselves, or shaped by early relationships, culture, or identity in ways that no longer feel supportive. They’re seeking understanding, grounding, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and others, so life can feel more meaningful and less driven by fear or survival. Often, they’re looking for a space where they feel genuinely met and understood.

I believe that understanding someone’s present world requires insight regarding the past and how it is impacting life now. Therapy can help you break out of old, maladaptive patterns of behavior that are not useful anymore while concurrently providing you concrete strategies for managing overwhelming feelings and challenges in the moment. Sometimes it’s difficult to even imagine your goals, understand what’s going wrong or think of solutions to overwhelming problems. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or just a general sense of dissatisfaction, therapy can help you grow and maximize your true potential.

You do not need "big trauma" to feel overwhelmed. Many people carry the weight of complex experiences, perfectionism, family dynamics, and shame, without naming it. Or you have always felt ‘not enough,’ even when things look fine on the outside. Whether you feel stuck, overthink, are on edge, or caught in painful patterns that do not make sense, we will explore how past experiences shape your relationships, reactions, and self-protection. I can help you make sense of old patterns, reduce internal pressure, and reconnect with yourself.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapists
Do I need exposure and response prevention therapy?
Many clients decide to seek help for obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors when these symptoms are distressing enough to disrupt everyday life. Any thoughts or behaviors that cause friction in close relationships are also worth addressing. In addition, the client’s symptoms don’t have to be severe for them to benefit from ERP therapy.
Is exposure and response prevention therapy part of cognitive behavioral therapy?
Exposure and response prevention is one specific type of CBT that focuses on behavioral change in response to triggering stimuli. It is related to exposure therapy but adds an additional component of preventing compulsive and harmful responses.
How long does exposure and response prevention therapy take?
While every patient is different, exposure and response prevention therapy typically lasts around 12 sessions, although some treatments can take longer. A therapist will determine if the treatment is complete based on how the client faces their fears, particularly the strongest ones. When a client feels less anxiety about stimuli that once evoked terror or distress, that is generally an indication that they are nearing the end of ERP therapy.
What are the limitations of exposure and response prevention therapy?
The most common pitfalls of exposure and response prevention therapy include not addressing a client’s core fears, allowing the client to avoid their most distressing stimuli, and using imaginary exposure when the client requires real-life exposure (and vice versa). ERP therapy is most effective when the client commits to the full course of treatment; if the client stops early or doesn’t practice what they have learned outside of therapy sessions, they are less likely to have successful outcomes.
