My work combines the body-oriented Somatic Experiencing approach and Jungian, Indigenous, and Buddhist psychologies.
I am so glad you are here. Right away, I want to highlight that wherever you have been, whatever you have been through, and whatever you are holding – ALL is welcome. The fact that you are here, now, reading this, is evidence of life-force. However small, hidden, or seemingly dim the ember of your life-force currently feels to you, it exists. You exist, and that is wonderful! Your journey has led you here, and my role in this journey is to assist you in kindling your ember of life-force until it brings you fully alive, with unobstructed access to the present moment, and with it your truth, authenticity, and joy.

My clients feel afraid that they're too much. They’re sensitive, smart, and tired of decoding people’s behavior. They’re deep feelers who’ve survived betrayal, abandonment, and/or emotional chaos and now struggle to tell the difference between intuition and intrusive thought. They want to stop sabotaging healthy love and to start feeling safe enough to enjoy it. They are ready to stop waiting for someone else to rescue them. They want to stop asking “Is this love or is this trauma?” and instead start trusting their gut without needing to fact-check it with someone else's response.

My holistic approach draws from various modalities including LGBTQ+ Affirmative, the Chakra system as a map to explore shadow & relational issues, the wisdom of Jungian theories, the grounding practice of mindfulness, and the profound healing power of somatic techniques.
Navigating the twists and turns of life can be slow and taxing. We find ourselves adrift in a sea of should's and should-nots, unsure of how to act, feel, love, or simply be. Society often imposes its expectations upon us, creating a disconnection from our true selves and from others. These pressures can lead to a relentless pursuit of perfection that leaves us feeling inadequate and exhausted. Together, we can foster a strong sense of self-compassion, appreciate the genuine beauty of your personal growth, and letting it unfold naturally.

I use a combination of: Psychodynamic, Jungian& Depth Psychological approach with an integration of skills based modalities.
Have you spent your life trying to be “the strong one,” holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside? I work with adults who look like they have it all together, high-achieving, responsible, and driven, but who carry an exhausting inner world of self-criticism, pressure, and quiet pain. Many are professionals who’ve learned to survive by pushing harder, achieving more, and never letting their guard down. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trapped in an endless loop of self-doubt, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep doing this alone. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you are not broken.

Your everyday choices reflect the meaning you are attempting to bring to your life. Take a moment to let that sink in...........Big or small, these choice were and are driven by conscious and unconscious hopes, desires, needs, dreams, etc. There are times, however, when you experience trauma, severe life stressors, or times of crisis that negatively impact your ability to make healthy choices that may result in loneliness, confusion, fear, anger, and sadness. Over time these choices produce repeated patterns that impact the quality of your lived experiences.

Our clients are adults who've gotten good at pushing through, until trauma, relationship strain, or perfectionism catches up with them. Many are men who've never had a space to be fully honest about what they're carrying. They come to us after years of managing alone, or after therapy that stayed too surface-level. Our team helps you move past managing symptoms into real, lasting change, insight you can feel in daily life. We're warm but direct: therapy here should feel like it's actually moving you forward, session by session. We do so by getting radically curious, to help you understand your current paradigm.

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Victoria (she/her) and I am a neurodivergent (Autistic and ADHD) therapist who is deeply passionate about working with adult individuals, couples, polycules, and families in both the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities. I work from a social justice-oriented lens, acknowledging systems of oppression that exist to serve some while creating barriers to well-being for many others. I particularly enjoy working with clients as they navigate experiences with late-diagnoses, gender identity exploration, anxiety, existential questions, relational and sexual difficulties, and life transitions.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
