Do you struggle with constant worry, sadness, stress, and/or low motivation? Do you ever feel like you are not enough? Do you ever feel stuck in your life, or in your own thoughts? Anxiety and depression can make it difficult to move through day to day tasks and can effect our outlooks on life. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help individuals, children, and families to gain a better understanding of their anxiety, depression, and trauma to help build coping skills and manage day to day struggles. I work with individuals, children, and families of any age, race, ethnicity, and background.
