As a Jungian Analyst, I create a safe place for my clients to transform problems and discover their wholeness. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is founded upon deep listening and dialog. Whether the concerns are related to relationships, depression, anxiety, procrastination or chronic illness, we begin with understanding your current feelings and desired goal. Throughout these many years of practice, I have been honored to participate in my client's endeavor to achieve an authentic life.
Understanding the intertwining of the spiritual and psychological mystery of life has led to a process of listening to the deeper Self. Dreams, Expressive Art, Sandplay and Active Imagination can facilitate this connection with the unconscious process - creating positive changes in your daily life and relationships.
My community outreach has included teaching classes both to other therapists as they develop their skills and to the general public. These classes include: Dreams in Therapy, Active Imagination, Keeping Balanced During Stressful Times, and Women in Transition, The Second Half of Life.
