Relationships are one of the most meaningful and rewarding elements of our lives. Whether it’s a relationship with a spouse, partner, friends, a parent or child, a relationship to work or money, or the relationship you have with yourself-- relationships affect us every minute of every day. But, the ability to cultivate them into healthy and loving creations is not innate. Most of us have experienced the pain that comes when relationships are toxic and unfulfilled. This pain comes in many forms: anxiety, sadness, guilt or shame, low self-esteem, loneliness, financial problems, addiction, etc. But, it doesn’t have to be that way.
