When there's space, time, curiosity and full acceptance from a safe other, what needs to be seen and heard from the depths arises and then guides towards healing, wholeness and connection. The injuries of current and past show up to speak truth and release - interpersonal, familial, intergenerational, and impacts of oppression, discrimination, alienation, abuse, and neglect. When injuries heal, freedom and connection arise, depression and anxiety fall away. This process happens with deep listening, honor, and care. I offer Sacred Ceremony with legal psychedelics to support the unfolding journey.

This question animates my thought as psychotherapist and educator.
