While I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other disorders, for the past 15 years I have focused on the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and over the past 2 years I have immersed myself in a relatively new approach to OCD called I-CBT (Inference Based CBT). Using I-CBT techniques I have had the privilege of helping my clients, many of whom had limited success in prior OCD treatment, finally achieve freedom from this distressing disorder. When indicated I also use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My style is warm, inviting, and collaborative.

Music therapy is intended for children, teens and adults who have a strong connection to music, play and art, and who believe that starting with their creativity & strengths can help create therapeutic change. This creative form of therapy uses music in all of its facets. No musical skills are necessary. I work with children and teens who struggle with social-emotional challenges due to trauma, life changes, learning challenges, academic/social pressures that can result in anxiety and depression. For adults, music therapy might provide a richer and more intuitive experience with which to explore and cope with anxiety and depression.
