I help you access your own knowing and power to overcome challenges with life transitions, relationships, loneliness, heartbreak, self-esteem,
, depression, grief, or chronic illness; and ultimately, to reach a higher level of self-actualization.
Coming from a background including a law degree (UC Berkeley) and a previous life as an app founder/ entrepreneur makes me a well-rounded, pragmatic therapist. I combine deep, intuitive empathy with formal training in DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and yoga therapy to provide an approach to healing that is eclectic, integrative, and holistic. Being flexible allows me to meet you where you are and provide what is most needed for your situation. My work is informed by modern, evidence-based methods of psychotherapy as well as ancient wisdom traditions including Buddhism, Hinduism, and Judaism.
