When we're triggered all over the place and when we're scared, it's hard to be in an authentic relationship with others. But when we take care of ourselves, when we really understand ourselves, then we can show up in our relationships in ways that lead to more connection, which is what we all want.
I believe it is through our connections with others that we grow and heal from pain. In our work together, we will get to know each other and I’ll work hard to create and hold a safe space for you to share and explore your relationships, the one you have with yourself and the ones you have with others.
