It can be difficult to let go of worries, stressors, and complications in life. We risk missing out when those worries are all we see. My goals in life, and as a therapist, are to live in the moment, increase skillfulness with struggles, and to remain focused on what's important. As a therapist, I am knowledgable and educated in human behavior, however you, the client, is the expert in your own life, and my role is to consult, assisting you in self-discovery, problem solving, and moving toward change.
