We may often find ourselves trying to cope with our struggles on our own - and we might make it work for a while, but over time we can become exhausted, worn down, and confused. I believe reaching out and seeking therapy is a powerful way to support and care for ourselves. In therapy, we acknowledge our challenges, explore our stories & strengths, and learn new skills to promote change, healing, growth and resilience.
