I work with people to gently uncover what underlies such challenges, help clarify their choices and goals, then support and empower their movement towards those goals. My practice combines traditional therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR, for more focused work on large and small traumas.
Because each person has different issues and goals, each individual's therapeutic experience is unique. In general, however, you can expect to discuss the current events happening in your life, your personal history relevant to your issue, and report progress (or any new insights gained) from the previous therapy session.
