As a counselor, I provide a person-centered approach building on a client’s strengths while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I can provide support and treatment with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief support, substance abuse and behavioral issues.
My only goal is to help my clients to become autonomous, identify who they are and become the best version of themselves. HWNC program focuses on helping clients get to know their identity by empowering them and rebuilding their self-esteem. This includes, but is not limited to, work/life balance, building support systems, Focusing on self application, life stage expectations and more. This program is for women ages 25-40.
