Life is really complicated. Good therapy is not. Now it it's your turn to feel better. I would be honored to help you and your loved ones. I specialize in Couples and Families in all stages of Addiction, "Discovery" (the slow process of becoming aware that drugs or alcohol are destructive) and Recovery. I also work w/ newly retired men and aging family members.

My plan in "Old fashioned therapy" is to get back to the basics. I prefer to use traditional models like Redecision Therapy, Strategic Family and Cognitive Therapy models. Mostly I simply sit, talk, laugh and think carefully about where you are and where you want to be.

Few of us are fully aware of the possibilities for change. I will listen carefully to what you say and what you are afraid to say and know. We will CREATE a new way of living that is more satisfying and meaningful. So let's get started!!
