I've long thought the visual of crossing waters to be an excellent metaphor for the path that lies ahead in many of life's difficult situations...and the work done in the therapy room. Whether you are facing long-standing familiar struggles that continue to hinder you or encountering frightening situations for the first time that threaten to unravel your life as you know it, you need to know there is hope.
I highly value giving attention to the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of health and well-being. While being of a particular faith (or any faith) is by no means necessary to receive professional services, one of my vocational aims is to provide a trusted space where those of the Christian faith can receive necessary support.
