I am passionate about Mental Health and wellness, and my mission is to help each client become healthier and more balanced. I want each client to feel accepted, respected, and understood. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focus, and client-centered. I have recently begun incorporating relational-cultural and mindfulness techniques into my practice for a more inclusive and holistic approach. I am willing to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
As a child and adult therapist for nearly ten years, I have worked with clients with a wide range of backgrounds and concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, conflict resolution, parenting issues, ADHD, autism, substance abuse issues, and coping with grief and stress.
It takes courage and resilience to embark on the journey to a happier life. I am here to empower and support you as you continue on this path. I will meet you where you are and do my best to guide you into the person you want to be. I look forward to working with you!
